Introducing the OASIS project on antimicrobial resistance surveillance

Abstract

OASIS is one of the projects selected for funding in the 9th JPIAMR call on antimicrobial resistance. As a coordinator, I will introduce the project and explore future collabaorations with projects from the same call and European projects funded through other mechanisms. OASIS extends the LQAS-based AMR surveillance in the human domain by introducicng a potentially rapid dynamic component, and introduces the basic static LQAS approach in the veterinary domain. Similar surveillance methodology in different domain of the One-Health spectrum makes mutual implementation feasible.
